1 ½ Hours waiting time is allowed for trans-Atlantic flights and 1 hour for European flight. After this time, you a deemed not to have arrived if no contact is made with the office or driver (if cell/mobile phone is supplied).
In the event that you are delayed in the baggage hall due to some or your entire luggage not arriving please contact the office toll-free from USA 888-740-5943 or within Ireland or from other areas + 353 (0) 86 8475072 or your driver (if cell/mobile phone number is supplied) to advise of the situation.
Should you miss a connecting flight and need to reschedule your arrival please advise us as soon as possible.
You will not be charged for this change.
As we monitor all incoming flights you will not incur any extra charge should your flight be delayed.
If you reschedule your arrival due to missing your connection, we will deem this to be a delayed flight, failure to advise of missed connection will be treated as non-arrival and will incur the full transfer fee being charged. Should you rebook or arrive 1 ½ hours after your original booked flight has arrived in Dublin Airport you will be charged another transfer fee.
Please make contact with the driver as soon as possible after arrival.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.
If you fail to cancel or do not arrive you will be charged the full transfer fee from Dublin Airport to the destination on your booking. If you are delayed in the airport (passport control, lost luggage) after your flight arrives in Dublin Airport or any reason and fail to contact the office toll free from USA 888-740-5943 or within Ireland or from other areas + 353 (0) 86 8475072 or the driver’s Cell/mobile Phone (if supplied) within the specified time, once the driver has left the airport you will incur the full transfer fee.
